Unlocking the Secrets of Cancer

Tyler Jacks, the David H. Koch professor of biology and director of the Koch Institute for Integrative Cancer Research, was MIT’s James R. Killian Jr. Faculty Achievement Award winner for 2015–2016. A pioneering cancer biologist, Professor Jacks was recognized by the committee for his influence on the field of cancer research and for his leadership of MIT’s multidisciplinary cancer research community.
